Inspired by the Platinum Games hit game Vanquish, the Rocket Slide would let you boost while sliding to gradually increase your sliding speed with no cooldown at the cost of your health. This health loss could either be a normal self-damage or it could be a temporary loss that you regenerate back over time. I'd probably make either Space or M2 the activation key (removing the jump or zoom in option), since pressing Shift while holding Control is not easy to do.
