(imagine its a t2 item, if you have a better item creator than deadmock please do suggest it)

vitality variant for arcane surge/kinetic dash to finish off the trinity as it kinda felt missing(you may call superior stamina the vitality surge/dash variant, but its a 3200 item and doesnt have a dash-jump passive.)

some notes and other fluff on the item:
-only cleanses slows, if an ability or item has other effects tied to it only the slow is negated(for example dash jumping while slowing hexed will only remove the 20% slow, but keeps the dash distance reduction, gravity increase and movement ability silence for the rest of its duration.)
-cleanse is only applied at the moment of dash jumping, if a slow is reapplied(such as kelvin beam) then nothing happens to it, the duration is only for the shield and move speed.
-dash jumping again will only refresh the shield amount and duration(aka shield cannot stack)
-shield is %hp since i want this item to not feel like paperweight by the late game and oppressive in the earlygame, a flat shield the improves with boons can be another way to go but i want this item to be built by tanky initiators that invest heavily in green items more.

please feel free to leave criticsm, i feel like a slow cleanse might be too strong but i want more people to confirm that

Instead of the complicated procedure of removing only certain aspects of debuffs, maybe it would be simpler to just have the dash-jump grant you a big slow resist (maybe 100%?) for the duration

that does seem better, but not for the whole duration imo, i think 3s for specifically the slow resist seems fine, what do you think?

I think I would rather balance it by reducing the slow resist or reducing the overall duration, rather than giving the item two separate buffs with different durations. I'm sure the devs will have their own thoughts if they do find this item concept interesting. Slow resist on more items, and having it be more dynamic than just a constant passive stat, is definitely a thing I think the game could use. I think a lot of people find it very frustrating to be slowed, and the only thing to buy is Enduring Speed into Juggernaut I think? And Juggernaut has felt like a "I'm out of slots but I need to spend my money so I might as well upgrade this" item for a while.
