Using Lash slam on certain ledges can cause you to get stuck

I tried to slam onto an enemy standing in a doorway. I overshot my slam and got stuck on this small outcropping above the doorway. The outcropping was blocking me from slamming into the ground which locked me into the animation and prevented me from moving or using any other abilities. Luckily, the enemy McGinnis' wall pushed me off and let me move again.

Confirming that this happened to me as well, in addition the "Unstick hero" button does not fix it
