Urn drop-off still requires channel time

Is this only a bug in the "explore the town" mode ?

Was just testing and seems urn drop-off still needs channel time.

Or im somehow misinterpreting the patch notes ?

When you drop the urn off at its destination, its supposed to be instant or there is a channel time ?

I would assume it's supposed to be instant and just a bug.
