Urn Bug. Permanent Urn debaff after Kelvin Dome

Player can shoot, but can't use abilitys and go on zipline. Only "kill" in console took off this debaff

in my previous testings i noticed its something to do with trying to pick up but kelvin ults. It wil freeze the urn but continue the silence. you may attempt to pick up urn so the silence executes again, then you can drop or do whatever, that will fix.
