Upgrading Storm Cloud to T2 mid-cast stops it from dealing damage.

Another issue with upgrading abilities mid-cast, I posted about a similar issue with Pocket's Satchel before.
Upgrading Storm Cloud to T2 stops the ability from dealing damage. It's important to note that Seven is still allowed to fly and cast the lightning bolt during this glitched state.

Considering Vyper also has issues with upgrading slide mid slide, this probably affects alot of characters. Ones I can think of off the top of my head that may or may not have issues: Mo & Krill ult, Venator ult, Silver Lycan Curse, Dynamo ult, Mina ult, Infernus' sprint thing...

I'm surprised you're allowed to at all, the upgrade button is blocked entirely on Sinclair for the entire duration
