Unusually high ping/jitter

Hi, since the last patch, I've had consistently high (>100) ping and net jitter. Online ping/jitter tests show a low ping/jitter ms.

I even get a consistent ~6ms net jitter in the hideout.

My last match ID is 68100212 for reference.
