Enduring Speed (the component for Unstoppable) was buffed to 1.4 m/s, but Unstoppable was not adjusted to inherit the same value from it (it is still 1.2).
On a related note, inheritance for Mystic Vulnerability also doesn't apply to Escalating Exposure, since it reworks the effect without retaining the -12% spirit resist, but this may be intentional and not a bug.
