Unstoppable cheat death interaction

While under the effect of cheat death, if you are unstoppable, the 60% damage penalty does not apply to abilities and items, only bullet damage/melee damage.
Also Venator's abilities deal full damage even without unstop if you are in cheat death, pls fix.
