UNSTICK ABUSE LASH ULT/ MATCH ID 31977148

This is the 3rd time I'm writing about this bug.
Players bind "unstick" and when I ult on Lash they just press UNSTICK and dodge my ult, as a result my ability turns out to be useless, also people use unstick to jump over walls and get out of situations where they 10000% should lose the fight, they just teleport behind the next wall and as a result UNFAIRLY survive.
For example in this match: 31977148. MO/KRILL Used this bug to dodge my ult on Lash.

i had it the first time. i didnt realise thats a thing.
what do oyu mean with they bind unstick?
is t just a console command? and what do you mean wth teleport behnd walls?
