Like the title says, when you ult people just get stuck, 37145501 here's the match ID it happens right before they kill sapphire patron, it happens EVERYWHERE and it has been happening ever since the new map came out, people get confirmed in ult i press to throw them and they get stuck in the most random place ever. At this point you gamble if your ult will work correctly or not.
