Unreasonable ban in the game chat

Dear development team,
My steam account is https://steamcommunity.com/id/Ivan_Kuzmichev/, and I am contacting you regarding the chat ban that was unjustifiably imposed on my account in the game.
Problem description: I was banned after match #25313847, although I did not use any forbidden words or take my anger out on my teammates. I was given reports simply because I played the match poorly.

I ask you to consider my case and, if possible, cancel the ban. Since I believe that a chat ban should not be given simply because other players gave unjustified reports. But if my teammates continue to give me unjustified reports for chat, I will not be able to play in the rating with this system of accumulating reports at all.

I really appreciate your game and would like to continue playing it.

Go 11-0-14 on a support Ivy. Have my team mates singing my praises. Super positive and focused comms, great game. Wind up with a chat ban for 4 days immediately after. Crazy. Then people will hop on the forums and complain indefinitely about matchmaking quality when players like me get taken out of the ranked pool because people abuse reports to get me banned.
