Unplayable Visual Bug, Gave Me Wallhacks

I just loaded into the game, was alt tabbed, and when I tabbed back in , the game looks like below. I could see through walls if I was mid distance from them (I would be at my tower and be able to see the Paradox below the stairs clearly, and same if he was behind the wall between the steps. I could be by my veil to the right of my tower, and see my tier 1 camp. couldnt shoot it though. I just dc'd 6 minutes into the game cause its unplayable and didn't want my team to suffer me feeding.

also, I did dc to try and fix it right away, reconnecting did not fix it. Unstick hero didnt work as well.

edit: I just got into another game and the same thing happened. Am relaunching now.
