I tested this with some friends and found the following:
1. You can Counterspell Doorman's cart to prevent it from taking you away, however it will still stun you IF it collides AFTER the counterspell window has ended. If the cart collides while the counterspell window is still active, you won't get stunned. I believe this to be unintentional.
2. You currently cannot counterspell The Baroness, not the damage at the end of it mind you, but the act of Doorman taking you there cannot be counterspelled. It will play the sound cue of a successful counterspell but it will take you anyways.
