Let us Counterspell Doorman's initial ult

With Doorman's recent buffs, I'm not sure why we're still unable to Counterspell his ult, it would put him in-line with the rest of the cast and with similar ults like Geist's and M&K's.

There's still plenty of counterplay to be had, like baiting out the Counterspell by waiting, using Bell or Luggage Cart, using Knockdown so you decide between the two and so on...
