Unintended inconsistency between 'Soul Shredder Bullets' and 'Spellslinger Headshots'

Despite both descriptions reading that they are only activated upon dealing bullet damage, Soul Shredder Bullets also activates upon dealing melee damage (light or heavy), but Spellslinger Headshots does not. I only tested to see if I was getting the Lifesteal.
