Spellslinger headshots does not seem to affect the damage of Mcginnis' turrets but the boost from Soul Shredder Bullets is still present. Additionally there seems to be no way to see the stacks of Spellslinger headshots. Not sure if this is intentional.
Spirit damage bonus from Spellslinger Headshots affects both the Spectral Wall and the Heavy Barrage properly.
