This has happened i'd say, about three times on personal record now? I'm usually queueing with two other people in a party, and on occasion, we get a roster error, and one of us needs to add more heroes to our roster to queue. However, after that, queue times can run up to 5-6 minutes. The solution we've found is to simply un-queue and wait a second, then it essentially fixes itself, giving us normal queue times. Please look into this.
