I was banned for using cheats when I wasn't using them. I was probably banned for using a bug that allowed me to get under the map, but I was banned in another match where I wasn't using it. I'm willing to explain how this bug works in order to get unbanned.I'm willing to endure temporary punishments such as being banned for a few days or having a low priority. I just want to get unbanned.

To get under the map, you need to approach the statue of the bull from the side of the archmother and start attacking the bull's legs with melee attacks. You must have Melee Charge purchased, otherwise you won't be able to get under the map. You also need to look down, otherwise you will end up in the statue.
