Ever since I switched from the default keybinds, I’ve been unable to use the active items in slots 2 and 4 (Q and X). Usually, I can use the active items in those slots at the beginning of the game, but as the game progresses, without fail, Q and X stop working. The active item highlights when I press the key, but when I release it, nothing happens.
