I just finished up a match as Yamato, where I went to use my Magic Carpet in the middle of a team fight.
I died while the cast of Magic Carpet was persisting, and then when I respawned and went out to play again, all of my abilities were greyed out and said I was busy. It persisted like this until the end of the match (we lost shortly after, maybe about 3-4 minutes of not being able to use abilities, it stayed that way).
