I had just finished a match, however it didn't take me to the scoreboard, it just stayed in the match without a HUD, like when you finish but it just stayed there, my only way to get back to the menu was to quit the match on my own, however I got a penalty (low prio queue) for this.
Yes, I know you don't get the penalty for just one match, I've had other disconnections in the past due to internet issues, but this isn't the case, I'll just play them to get it over with.
