After the match ended, everybody was sent back to the main menu as usual, but it displayed the "Rejoin" and "Abandon Match" Buttons. Clicking "Abandon" would show the penalty warning. When I rejoined, the lobby was still active, with the team which lost finishing the winning teams Patron. No creeps spawned either.
There was no HUD except the scoreboard on top of the screen, healthbars and player outlines through walls. The shop was also still accessible.
