Unable to Rejoin Bug

Started up a street brawl game and as soon as I try and join it boots me back into the lobby and asks me to rejoin. I hit rejoin, it starting loading, then boots my out to lobby again. Restarting game had no effect. Video is attached of what I mean. I know I am probably going to get a matchmaking ban from this so I'd be lovely if it could be reversed.

Same problem here. Forcibly disconnected when I was about to respawn and can't rejoin even after a restart.

Exact same problem here. Forcible kicked from the match, can't rejoin even after restarting the game. Will probably get a 2 hour ban once the match concludes, so really hoping they're able to reverse it. A lot of other people seem to be having a similar issue so it looks like it's on Valve / Steam's end.

Restarted game, clicked the initial black and white abandon button upon launching the game, then restarted to download the update and received no ban. This was around 30 minutes after being kicked from the match. Also, the match does not show up in my match history.
