Unable to receive an invite

I managed to get access to the game by making a second steam account and receive an invite from a friend. But I've been unable to get an invite on my main steam account so far, I was told it might be because I accidentally refused one before, which locks me out of getting another.

Friends tried to send an invite multiple times and yes I did check on my playtest page as well as my mail, my steam account seems bugged and unable to receive the invite even if I wait for days. Could I maybe get some help from a mod, please?

Sadly I checked multiple times, even in spam just to be sure. I don't receive the mail and the invite doesn't appear on my playtest page, even if multiple people send me an invite.

Got the same issue let me know if you find a fix. Even invited me from an alt acc invite is pending but never received.

double check if mail assosieted with Steam mail is the one where you expecting invitation arrival.

I've tried everything I could think of, sadly I think there's nothing we can do, we can only hope for a moderator to help us.
