Unable to queue for any mode, with no error message

After the 4-30-2026 gameplay update I was able to successfully play a few matches of Street Brawl with no issue, then after restarting to apply one of the following updates I am no longer able to queue at all. If I queue while in a party, the green "searching for a match" text in the corner disappears almost immediately after clicking the play button. If I queue solo, the "searching for a match" text displays for exactly 45 seconds before the matchmaking cancels itself, and after many 45 second attempts I could not successfully get into a match. I am also unable to queue into bot matches, and unable to play custom games. There is no error message of any kind showing up, even within the debug console.
I have tried verifying the game files through Steam, I have restarted my computer, and after letting it sit overnight I am still having the same issue in the morning.
