I had put boundless spirit on quick buy, and when walking to the shop I got the prompt that my slots were full. However, I was unable to exit out of the menu by clicking on cancel or hitting ESC. Even mashing mouse or keyboard buttons like the buy menu didn't do anything as the menu continued to pop up. The only way out of this was by picking an item to sell to replace boundless spirit.
