Unable to join private bot match when using vulkan render

I'm having an issue with a friend who's using Vulkan. Despite being the host, he couldn't join a private bot match. However, I (the other player) was able to join the server without any problems. We haven't tested this in public games yet. For reference, he's using an AMD GPU, specifically the 6500XT.

yes, project8 has problems with vulkan, I advise you to play through DirectX-11 and if it is Linux then through DXVK or DXVK-Native
