Game crashes anytime I try to join an online match or private bot match

I'm trying to test the game but am unable to do so because it constantly crashes whenever I try to join a match or play a private bot match. My specs are AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. Any help would be appreciated.
