Unable to go into a game or join parties.

Hello,
I'm not sure if there is a bug report form or standardized way of doing things here, but I am having an issue where I can't join any Deadlock party or game (bot/brawl/main). It says that I can not connect to the Steam or Deadlock servers. I have attached screenshots of the errors I am experiencing. The other parts of the game works fine and Steam works fine for all other games. Other online games (Val/LOL/Arc Raiders) work on my wifi. Deadlock had worked perfectly fine for the first few months I had this laptop and wifi.

I have tried resetting network firewalls, restarting Steam and laptop. Open to anything that might work
