Unable to buy specific item(unstoppable in this case)

I wasn't able to buy Unstoppable towards the end of the game but every other item worked. i had 7k souls so i definitely had enough money. when autoqueuing it just bought debuff remover but not unstoppable. i tried buing it directly with a free slot. which also didnt work. recreated it in the practice range shown in the attached video, really not sure what the reason could be
