Unable to Assign Keybind to Active Item When Inventory is Full

Issue:
When purchasing an active item with a full inventory and no available slots/flex slots, the game does not prompt for key assignment of the item's active ability.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Ensure your item inventory is full with no available flexible slots.
  2. Attempt to purchase an active item.
  3. A dialog appears asking you to sell an item to make room for the new active item.
  4. Select an item to sell; it is sold, and the active item is purchased, filling the vacant slot.
  5. No prompt is provided to assign a keybind to the active item's ability.
Workaround:
  • If you remain within the radius of the store or fortress, you can sell the active item for a full refund and repurchase it to receive the key assignment prompt.
  • If you have left the area, you must sell the item at a 50% loss and repurchase it at full price to assign a keybind.
 
You can change the item slot after buy it, there is no need to sell it.
How do you assign the keybind? This is not about slot assignment, so if there is a way to assign the hotkey to an active item after it is bought when it was not initially assigned, please let me know.
