Buying active item with full slots doesn't let you pick hotkey

If your inventory is full and you try to buy an active item, it forces you to sell an item. Selling the item seems to make it skip the "bind to hotkey" option and instead just binds the active to the next available slot.

You should be able to sell and select the hotkey slot.

I'm pretty sure you can drag and drop items in your inventory when holding tab.
