Ultimate abilities used at the same time crashed the game for some of the players. (Dynamo, Lash, Ivy)

Me playing as Dynamo, and an enemy player using Lash, ulted at the same time, while a friendly Ivy was performing Stone Form. This seemed to crash the game for the three of us (I was able to get in contact with them so I know it wasn't just me).

We tried reconnecting to the match for several minutes to no avail.
