If shortly - 3 screenshots below:
Sometimes description of item can cutoff by unkown reason. (by my opinion - because game wanna show a description and a differences before this item and after getting them. Another guess - it wanna showns by right side, but is drawning as of left side view).
Its not a unique bug of 21:9 resolution, I also have it on 16:9.
