UI not showing correct keybinds for items when using hero specific hotkeys

When buying items on a hero with specific hotkeys, the "choose ability slot" pop up shows the correct hotkeys, while the ability list on the bottom right shows the default binds instead of the hero specific ones.

I can confirm I have reproduced this. Hotkey labels for items show the "global" item hotkeys instead of the overriden ones
