[UI Bug] Active items get stuck on cursor while dragging

1. Open the shop or hold Tab.
2. Drag an active item and keep holding down.
3. Close the shop or let go Tab, respectively.
4. The active item is now stuck on your mouse cursor until you put it in a slot.

Found a workaround when it happens:
Pressing ESC and then clicking on disconnect won't actually disconnect but remove the stuck item from your cursor
