[UI Bug] Abrams Siphon Life not displaying ability duration

With the recent balancing patch (03-06-26 update), Abrams' siphon life duration no longer displays its duration. Previously, it would display the older duration bar (as opposed to the new duration bars that display inside of an ability's name).

Edit: It appears this is also an issue for Shoulder Charge as well, based on this thread.
