Two texture and asset clipping bugs on the map

Blackwell & Weston ad on Green Lane Sapphire side slightly clips through building/windows:


Roof of Catalyst building appears to be untextured:

The roof being untextrued is most likely due to parts of the map just being unfinished for the moment

Which is understandable, but considering how it's as far as I know the only roof that's accessible during normal gameplay which isn't textured I assume it's not intentional.
