Hello,
This issue is affecting multiple players, not just me — there are already other reports of the same bug.
When entering a match, some game elements do not load — for example, character models or parts of them (legs, body) and certain parts of the map. As a result, the entire map becomes dark or almost black, even though the main menu displays normally.
This issue is not fixed by:
Changing graphics settings in-game
Reinstalling the game
Updating or reinstalling graphics drivers
Forcing the game to use NVIDIA GPU (in my case: NVIDIA Quadro K1100M)
System specifications:
Laptop model: [Model Name]
CPU: Intel Core i7-4700MQ
GPU: NVIDIA Quadro K1100M (2GB VRAM)
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Additional notes:
Other players also report the same problem. It may be related to how Deadlock handles asset streaming or rendering on certain devices. Please investigate and provide a fix.
