Two simple items that would make shields a little more interactive

I've been thinking about how shields don't have any itemization options in the way healing/resistances do, and came up with these two ideas to fix that:

Concentrator Array: 3.2k souls - double your shields' effectiveness, 1/3rd their duration. Stronger shielding you actually have to time

Kraken Embace: 6.4k souls - +20% damage to shields. Upon breaking a shield, deal damage to its target equal to the shield's original value.
