turned into a spectator mid game

I was sinclair, copied victor ult and couldn't do anything the rest of the game. Just got a free spectating a loss experience.

I had this problem just now too. I am pretty certain that the glitch is caused by Audience Participation's timer expiring while you're in the resurrection animation, as that's the criteria I fulfilled.
