Rough draft for a character with a seperate melee attack in place of a gun.
This character would have the fastest base movement speed, as well as the ability to wall run.
Weapon : steel fists
Punch an enemy in 2m every 0.6 seconds for 75 gun damage a punch, scaling with firerate. Unparryable, and doesnt trigger melee items, but does scale with melee damage as well as gun.
Ability 1 : Palm strike
instantly strike in front of you for 90(spirit and melee scaling) damage in a 4m wide cone and knocking enemies back, if they hit a wall they will be stunned for 0.6s
18s cooldown.
(1AP) : -4s cooldown
(2AP) : Now triggers light melee effects
(5AP) : Now charged ability, +30 damage
Ability 2 : Peaceful presence
Enter a state of peace, reducing damage dealt by 30% but causing enemy troopers and guardians to not see or target you, regenerate 3% restraint every second and gain 8hp/s (spirit scaling) health regeneration for up to 9s. Cancelled when you deal direct damage to an enemy.
28s cooldown
(1AP) : +3s duration & +1% restraint per second
(2AP) : Gain a return fire effect during the state, returning 40% bullet and spirit damage
(5AP) : Allies in 10m will also receive the effect & -8s cooldown.
Ability 3 : Restraint
(passive) Begin at 100% restraint, taking damage reduces your restraint relative to the amount of your max health that it did.
For every 20% of restraint you have, gain 7% spirit and bullet resistance, and for every 20% of restraint you're missing, gain +8% movement speed and +5 Steel fists base damage.
When outside combat for 10s, begin regenerating Restraint at a rate of 4%/sec
(active) Yell out, forcing enemies in +2.5m for every 20% of restraint you are missing to look at you for 0.3s, and replenish 8% restraint for each effected enemy player.
45s cooldown.
(1AP) : +35% slow resistance
(2AP) : For every 20% restraint you have, the active will provide barrier equal to 5% of your maximum health.
(5AP) : Heavy melee attacks while above 80% restraint will not stun you if parried, or will deal 40 (spirit scaling) additional damage on hit, and in exchange will consume 25% restraint.
Ability 4 : Divine staff
Transform Steel fists into Divine staff for up to 6s. Divine staff deals 110 (gun scaling) damage every 1.2s in a 8m thin cone, and deals +8% final damage for every 20% missing restraint, every hit on an enemy replenishes 20% restraint, and has 20% base lifesteal.

(1AP) : +1.5s duration
(2AP) : +4% final damage for every 20% missing restraint
(5AP) : Using the ability from 0% restraint will perform a whirlwind attack for 150 base damage in a 10m area
