Trophy Collector ability range bonus not displayed in ability tooltips

I noticed that the Trophy Collector item’s ability range bonus is not reflected in ability tooltips. When I buy other items that grant ability range, the updated ranges are displayed correctly in the ability descriptions. However, with Trophy Collector, the ability range bonus does not appear in the tooltips, even though it should be applied.
