Was on a bot testing round and this happened. The keylamp troopers were focusing on a candle trooper that appears to be in the sewers under the map when I looked at the replay data.
As for how the candle trooper got there: It happened sometime after 18' but way before 29' - I rewatched the replay 3 times and the game just crashed on me every time I try to seek ahead by a huge amount.
