Troopers appear godzilla-sized in replays.

In some replays, I've noticed that troopers are super-sized and trying to watch these bugged replays is an exercise in frustration. Animations also seem to be messed up for some of these replays as well. Characters will move in the world while the model is static (not necessarily t posing)
