Trooper appearing in base secret rooms and holding up trooper wave (matchID: 203062)

An enemy trooper appears out of nowhere in the secret rooms to the side of the base which seems to have caused the newly spawned friendly troopers to aggro on this stuck enemy trooper.
First 2 images show moment of trooper's appearance in base and last 2 images show that issue persisted for over 8 minutes.
