Torment Pulse Update

Would be nice if torment pulse is toggle-able. It's really annoying when i'm running urn and it hits a creep and i lose sprint speed.

Technically cant be done without remaking whole ui and binds with active slots. (it will have to occupy active slot to toggle) At best they can band aid and make a bind specially for this action, which is bad.
Wait release and copy paste it to client suggestion or general gameplay feedback

It should just not be active while sprint is.
