Talon's ult does weird things to his in-game position

When using Talon's ult, it seems like that all calculations involving Talon's in-game position will instead use the owl's position.
This causes weird bugs like Talon being able to Torment Pulse enemies using the bird:


And Haze unable to ult Talon during his ult

and probably some other interactions not working but I have not really tried them yet

It also affects meleeing once he's a certain distance away with the bird
