[Tooltip] Mina's Love Bite - Proc % Trigger Info Missing

The game doesn't tell you how many shots are needed to trigger a Proc of Love Bite.

Aware that it might have been designed to not overwhelm, but I think the info could be useful to understand her skills & kit better.

Equinox in Discord kindly shared the info with me from the Wiki:

Its a flat % that doesn't scale with damage
